About two weeks back, I fell. Remember all the fuss about being in Parliament for a few days straight for a Bill? Yes, it happened on one of those days. It must have done some damage to my left ankle because even though I can now walk, and not limp, a certain spot still hurts. It is so much like a broken heart, no? Even though you can and you will get over the pain, with the slightest wrong move, it will still hurt. It was raining and the pavement was slippery... and whoopsie down I went in front of...well, a senior officer. Ha-di-ha-ha. I wasn't that embarassed. I realize that I am now living in my own dreamworld. Honestly, it's like there's a shield. I'm more of a 'tak apa, tak kisah, whatever' kinda person. I just go with the flow. Even if it means having to do something I totally hate or nerve-wrecking. I just want everything to pass. And the clock to tick faster. So that my new life will start. And then I'll be at peace with everyone, and myself. Haha. For real?
So, Kak Tini's brother got engaged last week. Pictures soon (or you might've seen it already). The food was awesomeeee, lauk kenduri is the bomb, man! My sweetness is here for the entire week. SO HAPPEEE. We've already had fish and churros and tonight, we have yet to decide on what to have for dinner. I'm going loco just thinking of places to go, things to do in such a short span of time. I will be on leave the second half of this week - not to go out with him because he has a course to attend anyway - but to start moving! Yes, I've only just recently moved to this new office building and I have to do it all over again for my house pulak. I'm not disclosing our new location (ke I dah pernah disclose?)...but my friends, you know where to find me and PLEASE you are more than welcome to come over (and help me unpack hehe). The rest, open house Raya jemput datang ok? Hehe. :) Dah fikir open house okayyy, nothing less...
I'm eating yamyam while typing. I love this place. Our spot is so secluded that no one would ever care to come over. I can do anything I want. Haha. But so far, I have yet to fully utilise this space. There will be an update on 8 July 2009. Stay tuned!
