reflect - one week of happiness!

First up! Let's reflect on the joyous and blessed Syawal that we've celebrated last week. How was your raya? I'm sure it was also filled with lots of fun and love! I know mine was. I feel extremely happy and each day, I've never failed to realize how lucky I am. It was a super fulfilling week because I was not only surrounded by my family and relatives but also because my fiance took the whole week off too. Hehe. So it was pretty much like a semester break for us. We took every opportunity to meet up whenever we could. When I'm not with my family, I'm with him and when he's not with his family, he's with me. I guess that's what LDR does to you. You tend to be a bit pushy and rushy (is there such a word??) because you want to do everything all at the same time. In short, the week long break was a blast. The best ever raya in recent times.

Most people have started going to work this morning. No wonder the traffic was pretty heavy on the road. Heavy like the heavy hearts yang kena pergi kerja. :) I logged on to blogger having a few things to blog about in mind but now, I just don't feel like it. Padahal those things are importante. Like finally, confirming who took my phone and I am THIS close to typing her name here in capital letters. When I'm up for it, I'll have an entry just for that, with her name and all. :) Other things, like an e-mail circulated on the internet regarding ... Ok, this one I can't just write a sentence and leave you at that because then people would misunderstand it. It requires a proper explanation, which like I've said, I don't have the mambo jumbo to do it now. Ohhh yes, there is one thing I can blog about with just a line or two. I finally found my perfect wedding ring and we bought it already. At such a low price too. Serious, rasa macam murah sangat nak beli dua tiga. Tak sangka out of all the rings, I fell in love with the simplest and cheapest. Hehe. Why should I force myself to buy an expensive ring just because of its name when I don't feel anything when I wear it? But this ring that I've chosen, is just so... ME. Hmm, you know? Sometimes you know when something is just made for you and it fits your taste and your personality and everything. (Or am I sugar coating the fact that we just don't have enough budget?hehehe). Certain things I can compromise, I'm a bit of a tak kisah girl. My only weakness kan is handbag...itu je I have no form of self-control whatsoever. Other things, negotiable. *ting!*

It's so easy to handle hunger when you're fasting but the moment you're not, you feel like you cannot go on for another hour without food. That's how I feel now. Hehe. Allow me to go and find food in somebody's room and do some work and I'll get back to you on those few things I wanted to blog about - when I have the time. Ta~
