Before I proceed with today’s short entry, I would like to expressly state here that my English isn’t fantastic or perfect. I’ve made grammatical errors left right center. And yes, my vocabulary is limited to ‘overwhelming’,’throbbing’ and well, ‘overwhelming’! That’s as intelligent as I can go. But I couldn’t help laughing out loud as I was watching a TV channel that shall not be named over the weekend. In normal circumstances, I wouldn’t watch the channel, not because it’s KGDOT (TV channels are not spared!tsk tsk tsk) but due to the lack of interesting shows. However, on Sunday, I had to watch while on duty, as we were all waiting for updates on you-know-what (ada apa on Sunday, read up!). Anyhoo, here are some of the funny quotes I could remember. Ehem *clears throat*.

“Yes, you are watching us alive from ***…” (it would have been very scary indeed if we were watching you dead on tv)

“This is good for wood-firing” (re: firewood)

“They didn’t aware…” (ooookay, point taken)

“Companionship love” (what kind of sushi is that??)

And many more, actually. Sorry, terlupa or pretend-pretend lupa.

It’s perfectly normal to make mistakes when you’re just one of us - normal and non-celebrity. But when you’re a tv host, you’re supposed to be able to make sense and at least, proficiency tu hebat sikit lah. Cannot lah pakai hentam je kan. Hmph. However, I would like to thank the channel for providing us with some much needed entertainment while waiting for the (boring) updates and news. Although, it was entirely unintentional on your part, you made the whole room laugh. Good show, guys. Good show. :)
