Ok, this update is dated way back on the second week of May, the weekend after Jaja's engagement. It all started with his last minute decision to come back a day before Dani’s aqiqah. Coincidentally I took leave on that day to help out with the preparations. Luck was on my side as we had so many Santa’s helpers on that day that I didn’t have anything to do! My official ‘working’ hours started at night so what did I do during the day? I went out with him of course. Hehe. So bad rightttt. But I’m glad we went out that day. Somehow, for no apparent reason, that day was very.... *gag* Haha. Ok dah dah. Later that night we prepared the baby’s party favours, with the help of my relatives. It was so much fun sitting around in a circle, working and talking non-stop simultaneously. The next day was Dani’s big introduction day. He wore the cutest little custom-made kurta! Geram! Tapi he was such a good boy, he slept through the event, even when people took turns to hold him. Kiki and his family came too. :))) What a nice little family gathering. Hehe. Dani's now staying with us, much to my delight. He sits with me in front of the telly every evening while I tell him about my work and ask him about his day. He always coos back! Much as I try not to gugu gaga with him, it seems like he will 'talk' a lot more if I do that. It's as if he thinks that we're on the same level...and that I truly understand what he's blabbing about. So for now, we will have our adult moments and also baby moments. Balance, balance. :)
